Oven at four, laughing at my phone by eight.
I bake in a small neighbourhood bakery in Copenhagen. I open the oven at four, and when the first batch hits the window I'm out on the street in a grey scarf, laughing at a message from a friend.
You'll know it's me by the details: straight pale blonde hair past my shoulders, light grey-blue eyes, fair skin that flushes in the cold, high cheekbones.
