Kirana is a Krea 2 character LoRA for one fictional adult woman. The trigger is krnsea. This is the first LoRA I actually publish for you. I have run plenty of experiments before this, and most of them stayed on the bench or need an overhaul until I can publish them. She is the first character I trained myself and decided to put up. Your constructive feedback is very welcome. I would rather hear what breaks than guess at it. According to my own tests, she should work fine for almost everything, I am very pleased about how the LoRA behaves with different styles and settings.
Let's say, Kirana is 21. Cute, yet clearly an adult. Warm light-bronze skin, soft round cheeks, a small neat chin, big dark brown almond eyes, a short straight nose, and very full soft lips. The default hair is extremely long, glossy, and jet-black: a high sleek ponytail, blunt bangs, and long pieces at the temples. But you can define different hair styles and colors, I respected that desire during the training. No tattoos unless you add one for that frame. When an ear is in frame, the default jewelry is a small gold stud and a thin gold hoop. Again, you can define anything different to your liking.
The useful part is how little she argues with the rest of the prompt. Fashion, night scenes, plain photographs, and odd setups all take the same token. I tried the LoRA in combination with several of my favorites of my well-known signature styles, and all of them worked fine.
Change the clothes, the crop, the place, and the light. Leave the identity essay out. The LoRA already carries the face, the default hair, and the skin.
A working start:
krnsea, photograph, ivory silk column gown, three-quarter, Paris atelier, looking down at the pins in the hem, cool north light from frame-left
Alone, she sits best around 0.85 to 1.0. Drop the weight if the face goes waxy or the ponytail swallows the frame. Raise it if a strong style LoRA starts eating the cheeks and the bangs.
She also stacks. Art-style LoRAs and NSFW LoRAs have both behaved cleanly in my tests. Keep Kirana near 0.85 to 1.0 and the style or NSFW LoRA near 0.55 to 0.75. If that second LoRA is strong, cut the style words out of the prompt and let the weight do the work. The showcase demonstrates some evidence.
Other character LoRAs work the same way, with one extra rule. Lower each character. Two faces at full weight will smear. I have had clean pairs with each character around 0.5 to 0.7, sometimes lower if one LoRA is loud. Do not expect either face to stay perfect at 1.0 beside another trigger. Give her something in the scene to look at, unless you specifically want the lens.
A Few Sample Prompts
