Shouji Ink

Style LoRA for Krea 2
Manga / anime illustration × urban alt fashion × pop-art lighting

Base model: Krea 2 (train on RAW, run on Turbo)
Type: Style
Suggested strength: 0.7–1.1 (start at 0.85)

What it is

Shouji Ink is a style LoRA that pulls images toward a manga / anime illustration look without flattening them into generic cel-shade. It is built around urban and alt fashion — harnesses, patent leather, buckles, chains, tactical cuts, tattoos, glossy materials — and a pop-art sense of contrast: hard sunlight, graphic shadows, poster-flat walls, ink-black blacks.

It is prompt-sensitive. Weak prompts give a mild anime wash. Specific fashion, lighting, and material language is where it locks in.

What it actually does

  • Photo → anime: on photographic / semi-real bases it adds anime softness to faces (cleaner planes, slightly larger eyes, ink-line brows and lashes) while keeping skin and body grounded. Result is semi-real anime, not doll-plastic and not raw photo.

  • Anime → richer illustration: on already-illustrated images it adds cinematic lighting, more believable environments, and material weight (patent shine, fabric pleats, metal hardware) so the frame stops looking flat.

  • Fashion bias: urban, street, punk, goth-tactical, clubwear, harness-and-skirt silhouettes. Floral irezumi-style tattoos and black accessories show up easily when prompted.

  • Lighting bias: single hard key light, long cast shadows on plaster or concrete, high contrast, slight film-still / fashion-editorial framing.

It will not invent a character for you. Describe the person. It styles them.

Strength notes

  • 0.55–0.75 — soft anime face + lighting, keep more of the base model’s realism

  • 0.8–1.0 — full Shouji look (fashion, ink shadows, glossy blacks)

  • >1.1 — can overcook contrast, over-smooth faces, or glue the “black harness + katana” silhouette onto unrelated prompts
