Hyper muscular men

This LoRA is intended to generate hyper-muscled males (or other genders, and even species). However, instability may occur.

Usage

1. Use the trigger word ex_muscle to describe the subject(s). You can also add other descriptions regarding muscle status (e.g., ... has huge pectorals or a massive ex_muscle ...) to enhance the effect. But be aware that too many descriptions may cause failures, such as limb deformities or poor prompt adherence.

2. The weight range is flexible, but I recommend keeping it at 1. Higher weights can increase muscle mass but may introduce glitches.

Pros

1, I designed 100 synthetic training samples with wide variation, including different postures, camera angles, and clothing. As a result, generalization is good.
Since there are few real-world images of hyper-muscled men, synthetic data is necessary. I did my best to give these hyper-muscled males realistic skin textures.

Cons

1. Too many descriptions regarding muscle status may lead to unwanted outputs.

2. Complex postures may cause limb glitches.

3. The effect is weak on data not included in the dataset.

How to fix the cons?

1. Try changing the posture, shortening the prompt, or adjusting the resolution when unwanted results occur.

2. Try adding prompts about muscle mass when the effect is weak—for example, add phrases like the man has an extremely massive physique.

   如何解决上述缺点？

   1. 当出现不想要的生成结果时，尝试改变姿势、缩短提示词或调整分辨率。

   2. 当效果偏弱时，尝试增加关于肌肉量的英文提示，例如添加 the man has an extremely massive physique 这类短语。
