What's this?

Neon Syndicate is a style LoRA inspired by anime commercial artwork, streetwear graphics, synthwave aesthetics, and old-school propaganda posters. Its signature look is cel-shaded graphic illustration , strong black shapes, sharp ink lines, limited color palettes, glowing highlights, dramatic silhouettes, and that bold poster-like composition.

It works especially well for cyberpunk, neon cities, street racing, JDM culture, futuristic characters, urban scenes, and anything that benefits from a strong graphic-design feel. You can push it toward cyan/black neon artwork, gritty monochrome posters, or more colorful graphic illustrations without losing the core look.

But honestly, I was kinda surprised when I started throwing Fantasy and Dark Fantasy at it. It turned out to work even better than I expected. Knights, demons, gothic characters, dark castles, monsters, magical environments , the graphic treatment gives those subjects a really cool illustrated-poster feel instead of the usual generic fantasy look.

Suggested use

Neon Syndicate works particularly well with:

  • Cyberpunk & Neo-Tokyo scenes

  • Synthwave / retrowave artwork

  • Japanese street racing & JDM themes

  • Streetwear and apparel graphics

  • Propaganda-style posters

  • Album covers and promotional artwork

  • Character posters

  • Gothic & dark fantasy

  • High fantasy

  • Dark medieval scenes

  • Demons, monsters & supernatural characters

  • Dystopian environments

  • Noir / urban scenes

  • Futuristic military/robotic aesthetics

  • Graphic novel-style artwork

  • Minimalist poster compositions

  • High-contrast monochrome illustrations

  • Limited-color artwork

  • Anime-inspired commercial illustrations

And one thing I didn't expect: it works really well with humanoid animals, especially cats. Cat characters, anthro characters, feline warriors, cyberpunk cats, fantasy cats, etc. can look ridiculously good with it.

Prompting Guide

Simply Start your prompt with the trigger words

Then describe your subject and scene normally. The LoRA already brings a lot of the graphic treatment, so you don't need to overload the prompt with dozens of style tags.

If you don't want the result to lean too heavily into anime, you can use an art-direction reference after the trigger to push it toward a different type of illustration. Some references that work particularly well are:

  • Vintage propaganda-style poster illustration

  • A striking cyberpunk poster scene

  • highly detailed stylized_illustration image

  • Gothic-style fantasy portrait

  • Minimalist poster

  • graphic novel illustration

  • vintage screen print illustration

  • dark fantasy poster artwork

  • editorial poster illustration

  • retro-futurist poster design

  • stylized graphic illustration

These help move the output away from straight anime and toward graphic illustration, poster art, print design, or fantasy artwork, while still keeping the Neon Syndicate treatment.

One important thing: if your concept relies on text, labels, typography, signs, logos, or other readable elements, avoid using the trigger word Ne0nSyndicate.
