At the request of the workers, so to speak, have created a lora for Mercedes-Benz 500E W124 (AMG 6.0). There’s no need to dwell on the legendary status of this W124-body car (though my favorite Mercedes model is the Mercedes W126 Coupe). Everyone already knows all about it.
The 1992 Mercedes-Benz 500E AMG 6.0 is one of the rarest and most exclusive versions of the legendary W124. Based on the already exceptional Mercedes-Benz 500E—itself developed in cooperation with Porsche—it was further enhanced by AMG with a hand-built 6.0-liter M119 V8, transforming the executive sedan into a true super saloon.
Key specifications:
Production: 1992–1994 (AMG conversions)
Engine: 6.0-liter (5,956 cc) AMG M119 V8
Power: 381 PS (375 hp / 280 kW)
Torque: 580 Nm (428 lb-ft)
Drivetrain: Rear-wheel drive (RWD)
Transmission: 4-speed automatic
0–100 km/h (0–62 mph): approximately 5.4 seconds
Top speed: around 285 km/h (177 mph) (without electronic speed limiter)
Weight: approximately 1,750 kg (3,858 lb)
Interesting fact: Before AMG became the official high-performance division of Mercedes-Benz, cars like the 500E AMG 6.0 were built largely by hand as bespoke customer commissions. No two examples were necessarily identical, as buyers could specify unique engine tuning, interior trim, and exterior details. Because only a very small number were produced, the 500E AMG 6.0 is now one of the most valuable and collectible W124 variants ever built, and its naturally aspirated 6.0-liter M119 V8 is widely regarded as one of AMG's greatest engines.
