Analog and uncanny, Vapor Glitch captures all of the goodies in one style lora. Neon, chromatic aberration (when prompted), RGB fringe (when prompted) and retro wave styling.

vap0rglitch will carry quite a bit of the style on its own, but for the full effect I recommend adding:

fuzzy VHS noise, horizontal scanlines, chromatic color bleed, CRT signal distortion, magenta and cyan glow, degraded analog videotape

Then just throw in whatever vaporwave garbage your heart desires:

wireframe grid, striped sun, palm trees, CRT monitors, obsolete computers, geometric overlays, VHS tracking errors

You don't need all of these. Mix and match depending on how far you want to push it.
