I tried tagging the picture with both of them with pajamas fuwamoco but it didn't work as well as using both of their tags at the same time, you can using it if you want but my suggestion is to stick with using both their individual activation tags.
The tags twins and siblings appear often in the dataset, you can try adding them in when prompting both of them at the same time.
The tagging was more detailed this time to try to avoid feature bleeding, using more tags should help when you want to prompt both of them, remember you can check the dataset's tags in the lora menu in Forge if you want to see more.
