Horror Super Villains: Terror Jackal

Idea was taken by Marvel's Jackal. A dread figure that conquered a whole city and a castle by himself. A green figure with evil aura, a master swordman and powers that few witness he became a lord and built his own kingdom and now reigns over the other kingdoms as well.
