I didn't noticed that recommended weight was 0.7 and I was experimenting instead. I found weight around 0.7-0.75 is indeed good for untrained outfits. For default outfit 0.9 worked better for me, because I had an impression that lower weights were not very accurate. Despite higher weight hair bow still worked pretty poorly.

On technical note, I found this to work fine. Quality and anatomy were sometimes not best, but usually good.
