I don’t understand if I’m doing something wrong, or something is wrong with LORA.

There are a lot of mistakes, often the face "falls apart", and it simply does not work to compose any scene or connect it with style LORA.

I kindly ask you to update the LORA or somehow rework it. Agent's LORA, for example, proved to be much better.
