Basically I just make female characters that I like. I don't really like giant or unreasonable breast sizes, so when I make a female character, I will try to make the size as close to realistic as possible, still reasonable and natural, according to her body proportions. However, that doesn't mean I forbid you if you want to use a large breast size for my lora character.
