Unet version (base on DEV fp8)

This is my first attempt to improve the basic DEV model a bit. There is no merging with other models here. I did several stages of merging the DEV model with my training data. That is, there is nothing here except the original version of DEV fp8. The detailing has been improved, the skin structure has been improved, realism has been improved in general, and several new styles have been added.

This only Unet version without T5 and Clip.

For the best result, I recommend using at least 35 steps. Also, to achieve greater realism, I use guidance in the value 2.5-3. Deis/beta. All images in the gallery without using upscale
