H3MD Director 0.3 – 2–3 min long videos with MiniMax H3 (simple workflow + Control Panel) - v0.3.3 Showcase

All clips made with H3MD Director 0.3.3 on one RTX 5090 32 GB (ComfyUI 0.43). Common settings: hybrid FL2VA × Ref2VA b25-49 int8 model, 32B int8 text encoder, 4-step turbo LoRAs, two-pass sampling (6 low-res + 3 high-res steps), seed_mode increment.

• Music video "Above the Clouds" (clips from the full video): 1920×1088, 2 min 40 s, 10 shots / 3841 frames, lip-synced to a locked song, saved at 48 fps with RIFE. A 2 min 40 s video at this size takes about 1.5–2 h on this card.

• "Above the Clouds", aerial shot toward Everest (18 s excerpt): 430 frames, hard cut, no people, same song.

• Coast, 2K, one segment: 2560×1408, 15 s, 1 segment, 24 fps (preview downscaled for upload). One ~15 s segment at 1080p takes about 8–12 min.

• Coast, 1080p long take (20 s excerpt): full video 1920×1088, 2 min 29 s, one continuous take from chained segments (latent overlap), 24 fps.
