Seven outfit swaps made with the workflow as it is saved: one picture of a person, one picture of an outfit, one run. The first picture after the video is the workflow itself after a run.
Nothing was masked or painted. The workflow described each outfit itself, and only as much of it went on as the picture has room for: no legs in the picture, only the top half.
It runs with my Outfit Swap Consistency LoRA, which keeps the result on the original picture: 0.1 px off on 16 test swaps, against 3.6 px without it.
