Two organized MiniMax H3 ComfyUI workflows rebuilt around one consistent, public-friendly control system.

### Hardware flexibility
Friendly starting canvases:
- 864×480 — lower-memory or longer clips
- 1024×576 — fast
- 1152×640 — balanced
- 1344×768 — H3 Base reference size
Larger aligned canvases such as 1920×1088 are experimental high-VRAM inputs and are not Regenerate-2K.
H3 uses a 17k+5 frame grid. A requested 10.0-second video resolves to 243 frames, or 10.125 seconds of native H3 video and audio at 24 fps.

Download the single v2.0 ZIP and follow the included README.
- AllModes only: FL2VA transformer plus the shared text encoder and VAEs
- Ref2VA only: Ref2VA transformer plus the shared text encoder and VAEs
- Both workflows: both transformers and one copy of the shared files
No model weights, private prompts, input media, credentials, or generated outputs are bundled.
The workflows were tested locally on an RTX 5080, but VRAM usage and performance are not guaranteed on other hardware. Sage, Sol, Spectrum and EasyCache are optional performance paths and may change the result.
