I personally recommend between 1.8 and 3.5 for CFG adherance, and 20-30 steps, but you can choose your own settings, depending on how strongly you want the loras style to be.

As far as sampler and scheduler, I generally use 2m SDE with SGM Uniform, but I know that any of Euler, Heun and dpmpp samplers do fine, they all just change the generation slightly, so choose your favorite. The karras and beta schedulers also work. I didn't test any other combinations, but I don't see why they shouldn't work as well.
