Flesh, Blood, and the Madness of the Apocalypse - v1.0 Showcase

Concept

In this post-apocalyptic wasteland torn apart by nuclear catastrophe and technological alienation, human civilisation is divided into three opposing camps: the Cyber Theocracy, which advocates mechanical ascension, the purely human resisters who hold fast to the bottom line of human nature, and the New Humanity, which embraces genetic mutation. Through the collision of morbid red and industrialised cold tones, and the contrast between the huge central subject and the tiny figures, an apocalyptic picture of the collapse of faith and alienation of human nature is presented. Through the elements of architectural ruins, mechanical modifications, and biochemical mutations, each work presents a monstrous fusion of technology and faith, as well as the struggle and alienation of human nature under extreme circumstances.
