When I tested this with different checkpoints and LoRAs, it seemed to work quite well.

Illustrious:

A LoRA weight of 0.9 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

Prompts I usually used:

long hair, blonde hair, blue eyes, helmet, grey headgear, face markings, blue top, blue skirt, neck bell, blue armlet, large gloves, white gloves, cat paw gloves, sleeveless, cat tail, blue tail, white tail, striped tail, multicolored tail, hsuit1,

Pony:

A LoRA weight of 0.8 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

When generating a version without the headgear I used tags - side-swept bangs, forehead - for the hairstyle
