This is a lora to make painted portraits. To get a painted style you need guidence between 1.6 and 2.0 as the guidence increases the image becomes more finished and detailed. The mood is quite sombre so if you want bright color you need to prompt for it. To get the strongest paint effect you need to add prompts such as "thick paint".
