Using the similar dataset to https://civitai.com/models/275017/vintage-peplum-suit-dress-or-peplum-the-planet, I tried to push this into Pony. Its more tame than I'd like, but its still... ok. My local training is down, so I used the site trainer which ignores my masking, so bags and stuff may appear. Pony hates peplums and fascinators so they weren't landing well. I am working on a v2 while repairing my local trainer, if it doesn't look like shit I'll release it.
tutu is a way stronger token in pony, and tutu will bring out a much stronger peplum, but if you lean too hard on it you'll get ballerina features. If you're specifying a lot of other things like in some of my examples it should be ok.
TLDR: two major modes:
tutu for stronger peplum (see above)
AND
Formal, wide flared peplum, suit, gloves, shrug \(clothing\), belt, pantyhose, jacket
OR formal, dr3ss, wide peplum skirt, pantyhose, suit, gloves, pencil skirt, belt, collarbone, off-shoulder
NEG: holding bag, holding, holding handbag, pencil, pen
Bonus round are things like corset, obi, ascots, mesh, fishnet stockings etc
