A VTuber version of Bub/Bubblun from Puzzle Bobble that only got created as a small april fool's prank by Taito. He deserved to become a permanent addition to the franchise, or even as an exclusive web character, but we got very little of him.
He has no lower body references so I improvised. Also, his expressions and poses might be a little limited so I suggest playing around with that.
