Kyouko Kasodani (Touhou Project) [Pony][Bounty]

Creates the Touhou Project character Kyouko Kasodani. This was made for a bounty, the main focus was giving her both her normal outfit and the goth vocalist version, which both work nicely in my testing, see the tags below.

0.8 for weight was best in my testing, but varies with checpoints and other LoRAs used.
