A mix of some stuff, what was the recepie? I can't remember. Is it stable, relieable with a conistent style? Probably not. It's just a mix of a mix of a mix of a mix with some loras and stuff. I like it. You can get some pretty good abs and thighs. At it's core it's a semi-realistic model, it can do some good 2.5D realism, and some anime stuff.

The model was made to use simple prompts and no negatives. So be carefull about that. Too many negatives can overcook the model and you get some pretty bad results. Also, the best way to get an anime look is to just play around with adding "lips, nose" in the negative, source_anime doesen't do much.
