Trying to generate images that include someone sitting on a pillow, for example a woman sitting up on the pillows of the bed, or propping her feet up on one, rarely produces that. It tends to think pillow means bed, and usually places the woman sitting next to one, not on one.
This allows for a more accurate depiction of someone sitting or kneeling on a pillow, or a cushion, or similar. It should also show the softness, the sinking into a soft pillow, giving it a more three dimensional perspective.
