Ivy — Deadlock | Anima LoRA

Character LoRA for Ivy from Deadlock, trained on the original Anima model.

Captures Ivy's gargoyle appearance, including her large pointed ears, horns, yellow eyes, fangs, wings, tail, cabbie hat, suspenders, and other characteristic features.

Recommended usage

Trigger:

ivydeadlock

For stronger character accuracy, add descriptive tags such as:

gargoyle, monster girl, grey skin, yellow eyes, pointy ears, large ears, horns, fangs, nose ring, bat wings, tail, cabbie hat, suspenders

Recommended LoRA strength: 1.0.

Anima 2.9B compatibility

The LoRA was not trained natively on Anima 2.9B, but works surprisingly well when remapped from the original 28-block Anima architecture to the 40-block Anima 2.9B architecture. I added remapped version to files.

I've tested it with ComfyUI-Anima29B-Remap, and character identity transfers well while retaining the improved capabilities of Anima 2.9B.

For 2.9B, I recommend using detailed character tags alongside the LoRA for more consistent results.

Notes

The LoRA is fairly flexible with poses, outfits, compositions, and environments. You don't need to reproduce the training appearance exactly; use the character tags you actually want in the image.

Some features—especially wings, tail, ears and other gargoyle traits—may vary depending on prompt and LoRA strength.
