High Heel Feet

Makes feet with built in high heels. It seems to work better with latex on the model I tested it on. Best results for me are txt2img 0.5-0.7 weight, with added ((high heels):0.5) ((spikedfeet, spkf):1.4), img2img at a higher resolution and 0.3-0.5 weight, then inpaint non-heel areas with the lyco off. This one tends to produce naked girls, so ymmv.
