Gen V water pokemon. Wanted to do this one but finding accurate reference material was pretty difficult.
Sometimes the AI Makes the skirt-like part of it's body an actual skirt. The smaller the strength, the more frequent this happens.
One minor thing to note, I did put in 'white eyes' in the trigger prompt, mostly because I was never able to tell if the eyes were suppose to be squinty or if the pupils were white or whatever.
