I was going to upload Kiki yesterday right after Lala but testing took a bit longer and I had to sleep. Similar to his sister, Kiki was also trained mostly on the 1993 OVA, Kiki & Lala in the Princess of the Cygnus Constellation.
The chibi tag helps but but you can remove it if necessary.
