The model is meant to create headshots that are consistently facing the viewer head on, and show the head and shoulders only.
If the face is getting streached try using a square ratio and it should clear it up.
The model can sometimes be very strong, so recommended weights should be lower, around .4 to .6, if you are trying to use this with a specific character or style.
