For some reason it adds sweat drops to people's chins. You can add sweat to the negative prompt to make that go away.
The only difference between the two versions are which images have wildcard captions in the training data. 003 unintentionally includes them only in full color portrait shots, which may produce some weird results. 004 includes them in all full color images.
