Attempt to make the effect of active camoflage, ala the Predator and Halo
Trained in two tags, one for a partial camoflage effect, and one for a full camoflage effect. the full doesn't appear to have worked, I'll need to improve both the data and the tagging likely, but the partial effect produces some cool effects, ala a character halfway through activating their cloaking.

Edit: not sure why this was able to be used on Illustrious on the generator on here, but it works quite well with illustrious. going to be retraining it a bit for that and see how it does.
