Include the term "the camera frames subject from behind" to describe the subject you want to view over the shoulder of.
There is no trigger word but including the term "over the shoulder shot" will improve results.
The LoRA also works well to generate shots from behind when you're wanting to a wider angle of a subject so that you can get a view similar to the subjects view when the main subject is facing away.
