Added more anime images , and from Danbooru, and more referred to black men. The results are much better for black people, but can be a little cartoon-ish.
It seems easy but it's very hard to get a scarred skin that does not look like a tattoo, or the flesh of a zombie. This model and some inpainting can help you!
