Anubia from the video game Potionomics (2022), a shop-management and deck-building RPG where Sylvia inherits a debt-ridden potion shop in the magical island town of Rafta and competes through brewing, selling, and haggling, is one of Sylvia’s later potion business rivals. She comes to Rafta from a ruined concrete empire and sees the island mainly as a market for expanding her business, building her success around convenience and mass appeal rather than artistry or ethics. She is depicted as young-looking while claiming to be thousands of years old, carrying herself with an imperial, slightly eerie attitude and a quick temper. In the story she pressures Sylvia as a competitor whose approach to potion selling reflects aggressive corporate expansion instead of the smaller personal craft Sylvia is trying to protect.
