This is my last EVA flux model - I think I have covered every girl that had sufficient screen time, including this lady, Ritsuko's mom, Gendo's lover, someone who lives on after her mortal death, as a computer.
My only complaint of this model is that since all the training images had her in labcoat, there is a strong tendency for AI to draw her as such, even when you expect a different outfit. Just be more specific with your prompt and it should overcome this problem.
