Pay homage to the last great game to come from Tango Gameworks before they were stupidly shut down* through emulating the art style of 2023's fantastic Hi-Fi Rush! This model turned out great, trained on ~50 screenshots of characters/environments/actions from the game; it should be easy to bring scenes and characters to life in the great comic book style cel shading style.
