Humans do work, but are a bit harder to get right. For best results try limiting score tags to score_9, score_8_up only (or lower their weight) and lora weight to around 1.2

In Forge, my workflow involves upscaling the txt2img gen in the extras tab by 2.5, then bringing it to img2img to refine it. Therefore the generation settings in some of the preview images are not original.
Use your preferred settings, mine is usually:
