This is a ComfyUI workflow for Flux dev + Flux schnell merge.
Just a simple workflow to get 'good enough' gens from Flux, using only 10 steps.
0) You should already have 'T5xxl' and 'clip_l' encoders; I use T5 bf16. You also should have VAE as well.
1) Download Flux dev - schnell merge from here: https://huggingface.co/drbaph/FLUX.1-schnell-dev-merged/tree/main
2) Download Lora from here (this is a 'converted' Lora for ComfyUI compatibility): https://huggingface.co/comfyanonymous/flux_RealismLora_converted_comfyui/tree/main
3) Use provided workflow. There is a note inside with settings suggestions.
