Shouko Asada from Panty Flash Teacher. I like her character design and it's a shame about everything she goes through
There was very little dataset to work with, it was all low res and of course most of it is of her being, well if you know you know, so this was more a test to see if I could upscale low quality images and make something work from it
Given the dataset used it might have a bias towards showing 2 people
