Under Night In-Birth Reviews

I've no clue who this character is, but she looks cool. Kinda reminds me of Ikaruga from Senran Kagura. I'm probably just a sucker for characters with straight bangs. Seems to work wonderfully, given that it's my first time using the generator. (first batch came out looking like an oil painting)
