I was both bothered and surprised with how poorly pony knew Groudon so I figured I'd solve that problem and share the solution. So here it is a lora capable of creating both "feral" and "anthro" Groudons.
Here are the tags for both.
Feral Groudon:
Positive: gr0ud0n,yellow eyes,red body,(feral:1.2),(pokemon),
Negative: (anthro:1.2)
Anthro Groudon:
gr0ud0n,yellow eyes,red body,(anthro:1.2),(pokemon),
