This is because the skin tends to appear shiny from time to time, it may depend on the model with which you generate the images.
I still recommend the use of ADetailer face_yolov8n, as you can see in the image, this improves a lot the eyes and the face.

Add version 3 of the lora.
Improved the detail in the eyes and skin.
Nothing that had in detail that in the standing position generates a bottle, this is due to the images with which it was trained.
add in negative indications
