Zettai Unmei Mokushiroku... Well here we have a classic, Utena Tenjou from Shoujo Kakumei Utena. This is the LOCON version of my Utena LORA. First saw this on a bootleg VHS in the 90s. To be honest the first season is the best, the second season is meh and the final season is weird as hell but better than the second season. Anthy... I don't really like her but then again she only develops a real personality the second half of the last episode so that's that. To be honest, the best thing about Utena is the soundtrack so give it a listen!
This is trained on a mixture of canon and fanart thus at normal weight is losses much of the OG style. retro_artstyle and 1990s_\(style\) seem to do the job at pulling it back to the original look.
