You may want to also use Adetailer Face at a very low strength, I like 0.18 -- if you are only having issues with the eyes, use the eyes model for Adetailer (links: 1, 2, 3)
Eyes are a bit of it's biggest downside of this lora, especially at higher weight. Fingers once in a while too but seems to be very dependent on the model being used.
