It's seem a bit difficult for me to create this pose but now it's work.
try some keyword like
(2boys grabbing 1girl breast:1.1),2boys,grabbing breast, girl, (bald male, muscle male, black skin male:1.1).
It's better mix with other LoRA to create your character pose like this.
