Commander Jupiter from Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Trained on NAI. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.

Trigger word is "pkmnJup".

• Add "purple lipstick, black sleeves, turtleneck, white bodysuit, badge, asymmetrical legwear" for her typical look.

• The weird hair is slightly inconsistent; "hair bun" might help.
