Boy, I love me some fascinators. I love em with the fishnet over the eyes. Normally they are fun to invoke but fairly mild. Unfortunately, SD hates them, at least in 1.5.

At the cost of your sanity, this fixes that.

This is experimental, and fun to use! But, this is unhinged. You will sometimes get what you want, or might open a portal to hell and put hands in their hair. It might kick your dog. Poor dog.

For the Face Veil: Latent upscaling helps a lot, I recommend taking advantage of that.

If you use adetailer, adjusting strength to 0.25 might help

Kohya HRFix is awful with this.

I recommend staying close to upper body, portrait, etc for the best detail.

If you pull back too far, you will lose the face veil. Otherwise you should still get a fascinator. Because all the training was close-up (intentionally), it will probably impart the Tulle/Flowers/Flowing material on other clothing items. Take advantage of that.

You can use with hats, but I haven't tested it fully, It might just make a big transparent fascinator. Either way, enjoy!
