She is the half-brother of Duo Long, who was the rage in KOF11, and it seems that she has locked up her love for him.
Also, the way she wears a Chinese dress and has stocked arms under her huge sleeves, I feel she is similiar to that character in the Darlstalkers series.

KOF11で猛威を振るったデュオロンの異母兄弟で、彼への愛情を封じ込めている設定らしい。
あと、チャイナドレス着てて、巨大な袖の下に暗器仕込む様子がヴァンパイアシリーズのあのキャラにも近さを感じる。他社じゃねえか！
いろんな意味で危険なキャラである。
オリジナルはパンツルックだけど、個人的には生足の出るドレス姿が好き。
