When I tested this with different checkpoints and LoRAs, it seemed to work quite well.

Illustrious:

A LoRA weight of 0.9 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

Prompts I usually used:

black hair, twintails, bangs, yellow eyes, fforce uniform, closed jacket, oversized jacket, baggy jacket, blue and white stripes, long sleeves, metal collar, grey pants, baggy pants, black gloves, armored gloves,

SD 1.5:

A LoRA weight of 0.7 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

black hair, short twintails, bangs, yellow eyes, black bikini top, open coat, fire-force uniform, long sleeves, grey pants, baggy pants
